Our staff are committed to providing learning opportunities for students that are focused on justice, tolerance and love. Our staff are dedicated to developing the individual potential of children that they teach. Staff work in a cooperative, team orientated way. Planning, moderation and sharing professional practice are all a vital part of the collaboration the staff undertake.

The support staff at Larmenier are integral in the delivery of programs for a range of individuals and small groups. Support staff work closely with teachers to ensure children receive cohesive and comprehensive programs.

Teachers at Larmenier develop quality and inclusive learning programs based on the Australian Curriculum. Teaching and learning programs are tailored to meet the needs of all students at the school, irrespective of family situation, cultural background, gender, class or disability.

Larmenier staff work together to create a safe and supportive learning environment within which students may develop to their full potential. Access to excellent facilities and resources enables students to learn in a flexible, modern and relevant learning environment where students not only learn curriculum content, but learn how to become problem solvers, thinkers and lifelong learners.

Staff engage in regular professional learning and always strive to improve their practices in line with current evidence based research.
